Cocoa Cupcake Recipe
Cocoa Cupcakes Ingredients
1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda
1 tb Cocoa
3 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Vanilla
1 tb Vinegar
1 c Water, cold
Cocoa Cupcakes Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking soda.
In a large bowl, combine cocoa, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, mixing well.
Add water in several additions.
Mix well.
Pour into muffin tins lined with wax paper.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
