Question #4:
Recently at a friends party, I had these cupcakes that were awesome. It wasnt the cake part that was so great, that was just a basic yellow cake, but the frosting was not the usual thick frosting that usually accompanies the tops of cupcakes. These were frosted with like some kind of white chocolate frosting and it was hard and very thin layered. It also had some glitter in it. Does anyone know where I could find a recipe like this. I think they also had like some kinda cream in the center, but very little...they were so good cause they were delicate and not the usual heavy cupcakes that are so in right now. 10 Pts best answer...Thanks :-)

Cupcakes:
1. Combine 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup of melted butter. Scoop a heaping tablespoon into each cupcake paper, pressing down to cover the bottom. Set aside.
2. Beat 1/2 cup of butter on high speed until soft, about 30 seconds. Add in brown sugar. Beat on medium-high until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beat for 30 seconds after each . Set aside.
4. Mix together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
5. Measure out milk and vanilla together in a separate bowl.
6. Add the flour and milk mixture to the butter/sugar mixture. Beat to combine.
7. Fill cupcake cups with cake batter (they should be 2/3 - 3/4 full).
8. Place muffin tins on the middle rack of a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for approximately 20-22 minutes, rotating pans halfway through. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

I'm trying to make cupcakes using this recipe:
3 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons (2 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 1/4 cups sugar
5 large whole eggs plus 3 egg yolks, room temperature
2 cups buttermilk, room temperature

Question #20:
My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and of course I want to make him a special dessert. Last year I made him chocolate cupcakes with white frosting and purple designs on them (his favorite color). But I want to do something different this year. I still want to use chocolate cake though. I thought about making chocolate cupcakes with melted Hershey chocolates in the middle. But I'd have to make the cake the night before and I don't want the melted chocolates to get messed up (I don't even know if they would so...). So does anyone have recipes for the molten cupcakes or something else I could try?
