DO NOT USE marshmellow fluff! Just use white icing. I did this and the fluff just melts right off the cupcake about 30 minutes after you decorate it. Uggh!

Good place to buy it is Selfridges, stocked full of the stuff in the Manchester branch anyway :)

You can get marshmallow fluff in the UK now, you just have to look for it. Melted white chocolate and plain icing would work just as well.
