Nest Cupcakes- A substitute for coconut shavings?
Category: QA
Question by rivers!: Nest Cupcakes- A substitute for coconut shavings?
I am planning on making some of thoe adorable nest cupcakes, but the problem is that my audience hates coconut.
I have seen the chow mein noodle idea and do not like that one either. So, I was just wondering: Is there anything else that can look/be shaved like coconut?
Thank you!

can I use coconut extract instead of coconut liquor in a cupcake recipe?
Category: QA
It’s for the icing and it calls for 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut liqueor which I cannot find at the store. Can I use the extract and how much if so?
