i am looking for more like a layered ice cream cupcake or maybe ice cream frosting or something like that nothing to do with cones i am planning on making an over sized cupcake for my daughters 1st bday… any ideas?

I couldn’t find any cupcake type recipes, but this link has large ice cream cakes, some are round and you could make look like a cupcake. http://allrecipes.com/Search/Recipes.aspx?WithTerm=ice%20cream%20cake
