10 points to whoever gives the highest calorie recipee!
I’m making it for my brother on his birthday, he is 5ft 9 and 116lbs and he is sort of trying to gain weight, and I’m gonna help him out. lol. He is in a weight training class so this stuff won’t make him fat. He has an extremely high metabolism.

      Chocolate Oreo Cupcakes

      Batter ( makes 12)
      4 tbsp butter
      1/4 cup vegetable oil
      1/2 cup water
      1 cup all purpose flour
      1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
      3/4 tsp baking soda
      1/8 tsp salt
      1 large egg
      1/4 cup buttermilk
      1tsp pure vanilla extract

      1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
      2. sift together dry ingredients. melt butter. add. beat eggs. add. stir together buttermilk and vanilla. add. stir whole thing until smooth.
      3. pour into miffin tins, lined with cute muffin cups of your choice. bake for about 25 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
      4. take out of oven, and let cool.

      Frosting: (for 12 cupcakes)
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
      1/2 cup heavy cream
      3 tbsp butter
      1 tbsp light corn syrup
      pinch of salt

      1. heat all ingredients except chocolate in saucepan until hot but not boiling.
      2. put chocolate in bowl. pour hot mixture over it, and stir until smooth
      3. let cool, then frost cupcakes.

      Oreo Topping:
Take 10 oreos, chop finely. Sprinkle on top while frosting is still “wet”, if you know what I mean.

Tada! if my calculations are correct, one finished cupcake with frosting and oreos should top out at around 700 calories… yum, chocolate heart attack. enjoy!

If I may ask, why do you need a high cal recipe? Arent most people going for low cal?
